Jim’s Glass received an emergency call to replace broken glass in a window at a home in Elizabeth. We arrived to find that the timber sash windows on the front of the house had been smashed due to an errant cricket ball from a friendly game in the front yard. We immediately got to work, safely removing the broken glass and cleaned up the wooden window frames. We cut new glass from our fully stocked glazing vehicle and cut the new glass to size on site, then fitted the new glass into the frames.

This old style of timber window uses putty to secure the glass into place, so our experienced glaziers expertly applied and faced off new putty for a perfect finish.

Now the house has a new window, and the batsman has received a warning.
