If you have a Glass Breakage and you have Insurance under a Home Insurance Policy, Jim’s Glass will take care of your repair and your claim. By Completing the online form below with your details, we will be in contact with you within 2 hours, or the next business day if after 8pm or on a Weekend, and Jim’s will take care of your Broken Glass and pay your Insurance Excess upto $250!

Terms and conditions:
- Not valid for emergency same day service.
- Payment in full less Insurance Excess must be received at completion of the job OR a copy of the Insured’s Policy showing Insured Name, Policy Number and Amount of Excess supplied to the attending Glazier.
- Jobs Paid upfront will be issued an Insurance Tax Invoice to submit to Insurer to claim reimbursement.
- Not Valid for jobs under $500
- Not valid with any other offers, current specials, quoted jobs, discounts or refunds
- Offer does not apply to Corporate Customers or Property Managers
- To claim this offer the “We will pay your Insurance Excess” online form must be submitted prior to the job or quote being requested.
- This offer cannot be applied retrospectively.
- By completing this form you agree that you authorise Jim’s Glass (Australia), its Franchisors, Franchisees, Employees or Associated Entities to perform the repairs. In the event your Insurer does not accept liability for your claim, you accept responsibility for the outstanding amounts.
