This guarantee is up to one million dollars for work done by Jim's Group Franchisees.

If you are not satisfied with the job, we will inspect it and have any problems fixed. If we believe the job is good and you do not, we will jointly agree on an independent expert to provide a report at our expense, and fix any problems found. Until this is done, you need not pay for the job. If problems are not fixed within a fortnight, any advance will be refunded.

Only if no problems are found by the expert, will you be asked to pay the agreed price for the job and half the cost of the report.

If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord is satisfied.

If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will be refunded.

All Jim’s Glass Glaziers are fully trade qualified in at least Certificate 3 Glass & Glazing, accredited for AS1288 (Glass in buildings – selection & installation) and undergo continuous professional development. For added peace of mind, all Jim’s glaziers have a full police clearance and public liability insurance.

What this means to you is when you call Jim’s Glass, you can have the confidence that the job will be completed properly, in accordance with Australian Standards and your home and family will be safe.

What this means to you is any faulty workmanship is covered by Jim’s Glass and we will immediately rectify any defects, fast easy and hassle free. Glass and Hardware is covered by the relevant manufacturer’s guarantee’s.

Lifetime Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1/ Liability under the terms of this guarantee is limited to the replacement of products and/or rectification of workmanship found to be defective. Any liability for consequential loss or damage, and for loss of profits is excluded except to the extent required by law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

2/ This guarantee does not cover damage or defects arising from accidents, misuse, pre-existing faults in the framing around the glass, deterioration that is induced environmentally, or by any other event beyond our control.

3/ This guarantee is not transferable and will be honoured upon presentation of the invoice for works completed.

4/ This guarantee specifically excludes any glass breakage from any cause other than faulty materials
